Abstract
Submission Guidelines
Registrants are invited to submit an abstract for consideration for poster presentation.
· The abstract main body is limited to 300 words. Title, authors and affiliations of the abstract must be specified.
· Each presenting author may submit only one abstract.
· Notifications about acceptance will be sent on September 10th, 2025.
· Poster must be printed in vertical format (DIN A0: 118 cm height × 84 cm width).
· Please note that presenting authors of all accepted abstracts must register and pay the conference fee by the October 1st deadline. Abstracts whose presenting authors fail to meet this requirement will be removed from the program and will not be included in the final abstract book.
